BECOME A PRODUCT VENDOR
We would like to invite you to be a part of our second Portland Argentinian Festival to be held in Portland, Oregon on Saturday October 18th, 2025
FEE: $200.00 - Includes 6x2 table with 2 chairs, booth total space 6x6. Final payment secures your booth. Due 30 days before the festival.
TIME: The festival starts promptly at 12 NOON. Vendors should be set up and ready by 11:00 am. All vendors must remain open until the festival closes (8:00 pm). You cannot start dismantle until 8:05pm
**The venue will be accessible at 8:00am and the venue should be cleaned and vacated by 10:00pm
ITEMS NEEDED: We encourage you to make your booth as interactive as possible.(Games, promotions, etc) Please let us know if you are bringing any other bulky items or displays. We’ll try to accommodate everyone comfortably in the venue. The Fire Marshall pre approves a map of the venue to allow fire escape, etc.
**You do not need to be Argentinian to be a vendor at the festival**
ALCOHOL: The venue owns the right to sell and serve alcohol, therefore vendors are not allowed to sell any open alcoholic beverages. A sealed bottle of wine could be sold but needs to be carried out sealed/ unopened of the venue by a person who is at least 21 years of age.
SALE EXPECTATION: This is our third festival in Portland. Our past festivals in 2019 and 2023 were attended by over 1300 people, our goal is to double that number. We will promote it in social media and encourage you to help us promote it as well
